Butterfly valve uses a disc that can rotate around the shaft to control the opening and closing of the pipeline. The angle reflects the opening degree of the valve.
According to different transmission modes, the butterfly valve is divided into three types: pneumatic, pneumatic and electric. The commonly used one is manual. The rotating handle drives the valve stem through gear transmission to open and close the valve.

Precautions for use:
1. The valve core can only rotate 90 degrees. Generally, the direction of the close and open arrows will be indicated on the valve body. If the hand wheel rotates clockwise, it will be closed, otherwise it will be open;
2. If there is some resistance to opening and closing, you can use a special f wrench to open the valve, but you can’t open and close it forcibly, otherwise the valve rod gear will be damaged;
3. It is forbidden to remove the hand wheel and pull the valve rod with an adjustable wrench; (the same is true for the following valves)
4. Open and close gradually during opening and closing, and observe whether there are abnormal conditions to prevent leakage.
